The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the centre of Patong. This means that guests can easily access the main attractions, shops, and restaurants in the area. the hotel is just a short walk away from the beautiful beach, providing guests with the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun and sea.

There were occasional issues with the room's shower temperature. the water was either extremely hot or quite cool, which may not be ideal for some guests.

We spent Easter in a cozy and clean place that offered excellent value for money. Our en suite double room was bright and airy, with a charming balcony overlooking a lively street. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and a safe, which added extra convenience to our stay. We appreciated the daily cleaning service, which maintained the room spotless without disturbing us. The owners were genuinely friendly and provided us with helpful tips on the surroundings. The relative calmness of the place was remarkable, despite its proximity to the action, making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring.

Although the place was located near the city center, the streets around it tended to accumulate mud after heavy rains, which caused some inconvenience. , the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from very hot to quite cold, making it challenging to find the right balance.

Once we checked in, we immediately felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the room was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed the private safe and mini fridge that was a great addition to the room. the location was also ideal as we were close to the centre of the town and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. As mentioned in other reviews, it was relatively quiet, so we could have a peaceful sleep every night.

the WiFi connection was not great, and we had trouble getting a stable connection, especially in the top room.
